Rebates

Star is thrilled to share with you the following promotions for the month of July for both your customers and sales reps!

Rebates: ALL VARs sold to during the promotional period will be entered into the Star “VIP Club” which will allow them access to special offers for the upcoming months.

For July, VIP members will receive a $5 instant rebate when they purchase a TSP100ECO and a $10 instant rebate when they purchase a HSP7000. The rebates are valid for United States and Canada VARs only. Rebates cannot be extended to third party distribution accounts.

Rebate: (Please specify Rebate-Star to receive the following rebates)

$5 rebate per printer for each TSP100ECO printer purchased by an authorized VAR, between July 1 & July 31, 2010

$10 rebate per printer for each HSP7000 printer purchased by an authorized VAR, between July 1 & July 31, 2010

Duration:

July 1 through July 31, 2010

The TSP100ECO and HSP7000 Rebate Program (United States and Canada only) is defined as follows:

1)  Price of theTSP100ECO and HSP7000 will stay the same during this period.

2)  Instant rebate will be provided at the time of purchase to any distributor’s customer by Star’s authorized distributors.

3)  Star’s Distributor will provide to Star Micronics the number of eligible printers sold, along with their POS report and an invoice for requested rebate total in order to receive payment. POS report must be received by Star Micronics no later than October 1, 2010, to be eligible for rebate reimbursement. Failure to submit required information by October 1, 2010, will result in forfeiture of funds from Star Micronics.

4)  This rebate program excludes any customers that have a valid Price Exception.

5)  Only TSP100ECO and HSP7000 sales within the United States are eligible.
